Pros

Salary-wise, the Best place to work in Nagpur City If you like to create something visually appealing (analysis of data for end users), this company will help you achieve that for sure. Good Finance and Accounts Team, Data Visualization Team, Admin Team and the Happiness Crew They have guest houses in every location where employees are deputed and a very good deputation allowance Once a year 2-Day conference called "Retreat" in the metropolitan cities at the best hotels in the country MicroStrategy Preferred Partner Company More than half of the company strength is MSTR certified Good presence in multiple countries (no offices, but client locations). what works in their favour is no competition in this field of work (MicroStrategy) in this geography (Nagpur) Good on-site opportunities with the best in industry compensations. Simply unbeatable. Glamorous annual award function night to appreciate employees' good work BootCamp Training and FDO. They'll make you feel extra special!

Cons

It's a long list here: Very poor Senior Management Poor Infrastructure (no space to accommodate people or vehicles) Aggressive hiring of unwanted/unskilled laterals and freshers when no good projects are available Forever clogged pipeline (The management will tell you that "its" in the pipeline) No or minimum recognition of good work 100% biased ICAN awards (pre-decided winners. Voting is fake) No free transport facility (can you imagine they charge for travelling via a bus to the new facility office to office) No non-veg food available, in fact no cafeteria available (and they say it's a MNC). The veg food available is very substandard. Very bad IT Infrastructure. Associates are provided with broken laptops (should this be even acceptable?) Will make you travel by train or even bus when they send on deputation/retreat to save money! It was by flights a few years ago! The Managers have a very biased attitude, keep their favourites and will never think about other employee's growth. They'll focus only on "Margins" Nothing apart from MicroStrategy is the USP. ETL, Java, Web and MSTR SDK Developers are treated as an outcast. Many people are still continuing here only because Nagpur is their hometown. The appraisals are just a mess. They'll give you silly reasons for holding on to your promotions. Too early promoted managers. Lack of management skills (of-course) Will promise unrealistic timelines to the client and will make the employees work for 18 hours a day and upon finishing, no recognition or appreciation. If the delivery is successful, every team member will ask for their share of success and if something goes wrong, fingers will be pointed at individuals and even affect the appraisals. Too much of college culture (2 very popular central india's engg colleges one of which is a REC) . You will be asked where did you graduate from to justify the manager's point and to prove your position. Nobody talks about innovation here. Everybody just works to meet the requirements of the client and project deliverable. The allocation team (AMG) is very poor. Will simply dictate to work on a specific project without knowing your preferences, no matter if you have the skillset or not and when you say no, there goes your appraisal for a toss! The HR Team will ensure that the exit is as painful as possible. They'll play games (literally) in the room where they sit instead of addressing the employees' concerns. The Immigration Team is the laziest of them all. They will send rude emails when you enquire about certain processes. Sometimes they won't even respond. Will handle the cases carelessly and will blame the associates for anything that goes wrong. Work life balance is one of their core values (Balance Responsibilities to be specific) which is impossible here when you work 14-18 hours a day. Moreover, your personal leaves and issues will be counted during appraisals. Ridiculous HR Policies, Travel Policies, Bonds, and anything that has the word "policy" in it.

Bad leadership team. No good projects. Cheating on variable pay. People often forget they are actually employees of infocepts.
