      Best place to start you career , very good training, Personal growth , lot of opportunities to learn new tools and technology ,Onsite opportunities.

      Infosys provide good learning and recognize our efforts.

      Cons

      Management strategies were hitting hard on the employees . In the name of Cost cutting the below basic things in any IT company is removed 1. Tissue paper in Rest rooms. 2. No A/C in Cafeteria , Lifts. 3. A/C will be switched ON between 9 AM to 5.30 PM. 4. No more team outings/lunch etc(Not sure if it is a part of cost cutting but these are not given nowadays).. 5. Average hike % in salary is 5 to 6 % , but all the food , transport expenses were increase to 14%.

      Since my client was apple - Work was really great, you get a lot to learn in very short time. A lot of responsibilities and stringent timelines, definitely make you a good developer if you are willing to put efforts - The portfolio I worked for was Sales. If you are lucky enough to be in Sales, you will find the best work atmosphere ever in the IT sector. Great place to work, even better to party. Real fun loving team that will make you enjoy your office experience

      - you need to maintain 8.8 hours effectively in the ODC, irrespective of the work completion, and effective ODC hours mean, the time excluding lunch, tea breaks or any other breaks that you take... - Low hikes, less leaves, slow promotions - the usual Infy cons
