Pros
I believe if nothing else it's a good company to start with but it also depends on the projects you get. Some are horrible and terrible managed and others are good experience. For me its been generally stable in these tough times but seems like projects are being more scrutinized, screened and are less available.
Cons
Can have a bench time full of unknowns; trainings are difficult to pass on their platform; communication can be difficult and almost disturbingly bad (I got bad habits from the communication style); layoffs at random and you are at client's mercy no matter what; can get "stuck" like me
