1. They hire resources with all lies 2. They change their policies very often without discussing with the concerned management 3. No business sense on a particular domain and still interfere in that domain 4. The policies should be equal for all the employees, but it’s different for the co-owners family members working here 5. They treat their employees as slaves 6. They do not trust their employees 7. Please join this company only if you are well versed with “BENGALI”. Otherwise you do not fit in here 8. Company funds are used for the personal purposes by the family members working here 9. Business conferences are turned into family vacations 10. Rightful payments are not released by the management. 11. No specific job role. For e.g. You are hired as a sales person and you are forced to do the whole marketing.

The CEO has no control on any department specially with finance. And the department the CEO controls has no relevant experience and they are just earning because of some other reasons. Sandip Saha is just a dictator. He is the reason someday this company would shut down. Has no sense how to talk with any employee. Treats everyone like his slave, talks bad languages and without any reason deducts the salary of any employee and he just puts it on his software system. He has no experience working anywhere other than this company. All the employees and either leaving or getting terminated or planning to leave because of him. Worst of the worst person in the management/decision maker role.
