Zero employee Benefits , NO work Life Balance , Unstable Leadership. No Job security (DO NOT JOIN)
Pros
- Good for college guys/ early careers guys, who want to learn. - Colleagues are good, you will meet really good people around.
Cons
- Lot of cost cutting and zero employee benefits. - You have to beg for work from home, still no guaranty you will get one. - Leave policy is worst, No Public holidays, No marriage/emergency leaves, No Casual/Sick Leaves. - Business run by Family. Flexibility to only core members, rest working are just normal employees. - Very very less pay compared to market standards. - People with no experience are at Manager level, who don't even know how to talk. - You will only do similar kind of work. No diversity. No learnings. NO careers growth. - Marketing team asked us to give fake reviews on glassdoor to improve the Rating. (We declined, few did, so don't believe on every review) - HR and Management don't care about you, they will fire you anytime. No Job security. - Earlier food used to be free. Then they started charging. Now, they are not even providing it. I don't know how management have money to change 3 offices within 3 years but not for employees with basic necessities.
