      Layoff of key members

      Not finding any at this point

      Layoffs are happening everywhere but following a very bad strategy of laying off entire great performing product team and some key members in development who constantly rised issues, seems very political. Engineering team is more interested in redesigning or rearchitecting every now and then. What would product team and rest of the developers do in this time? They keep waiting after they fix 4 bugs per week to send weekly status report. Very bad strategy

      Uses Latest technologies in every Project

      Cons

      Work Culture is not good. No proper planning for the project. Requirements keep change. Work load is more than someone could handle. Minimum working hours is 11hrs.(Official 9hrs work is a joke)

      I dont see any pros to join this company now.

      Cons

      If you are an asset to the company, especially during this time, they wont let you go even after you resign and complete your 1 month notice period. They will make you work offline, blackmail that they wont give your experience letter.
