      Don’t go by Glassdoor reviews blindly! Join only if you don’t have any other option.

      Pros

      Suitable for the people who are not on permanent payroll of other companies or who don’t have any job. Would get good initial pay. Lot of free time to relax A lot of Meaningless meetings just to pass time and calling them as Team Meetings.

      Cons

      Professional Growth would be compromised. Worst Middle Management and Finance team possible in any organization. People can’t handle team and work together. Worst ever facilities you can imagine(particularly Hyd). No seriousness from the higher management to improve the facilities, they just find some stupid answers on the fly to pacify the employees. The only thing running in the minds of better employees would be switching the job as soon as possible. Company has a probationary period of 6 months to confirm the employee. But, the employees take a maximum of the first 2 – 3 days to take the decision of leaving the company. To much internal politics just to survive in the company.

      Worst company for CRM/Salesforce employees, DO NOT JOIN!!!

      Pros

      No Pros as such, not good company to work with.

      Cons

      -> Salesforce/CRM LOB is having WORST management team -> I was on bench for couple of months as there are no projects and when a project comes in they assign it to only resources which are close to them (managers) -> Many people like me left and are leaving just because of Management in CRM LOB -> CRM LOB is used to be very energetic,happy and best LOB amongst all but because of Management chagnes and the way management treats their employees everything is going wrong. -> I dont understand even when many people are leaving the company, Higher management is not taking any actions -> Managers are pathetic, when it comes to an Good Opportunity/project they do lots of politics while resource allocation -> They dont care about and listen to what their resource want. -> Nobody is satisfied and everybody is on the way of leaving the company -> It was my wrong decision to join this company -> DO NOT SPOIL YOUR CAREER BY JOINING THIS COMPANY

      Pros

      While joining they possibly will get high raise but that has to do with the on hand work for which they are hiring and people who are here sitting here for years are not capable to take that up on their own.

      Cons

      No proper management & HR policy structure, you might have been said something about say variable pay & it might actually happen exactly the opposite & you do not get anything. New HR team is hellbent on implementing policies from major company that are perceived as not so employee friendly (like Variable payout not in total - 70% will be dependent on your billing keeping up at least 75% ) but overall the highlighting employee welfare policies are not to be expected. You would feel that you are in a training institute and not in an IT company. Major running projects in ERP are on 11i Management doesn't often consider candidates for opportunities who are better skilled/performing unless they are constantly meeting up asking for favors. Expect appraisals in variable pay & unworthy candidates who have been here for a long time to be pushed ahead based on their constant talk with the management
