- Lots to learn; engineers have the opportunities to get involved in the full development cycle (understanding requirements, getting involved in databases, full stack development, testing, building, deploying and releases. Engineers are exposed to stakeholders management and are expected to providing production-line support which requires understanding the domain and architecture. There's plenty to learn here - both technically and personally.

- Great culture; I have met some of the best people here. Everyone cares about one another; HR is always supporting employees through flexible working and adapting to employee needs.
