I joined as a C++ developer. There was a 60 days training they asked to do which also having evaluation tests. The main evaluation is C++ coding games and C++ assignment. The C++ coding games test we need to complete in a limited time period and the tests were very hard. The policy was like if we complete with 60% mark...then you have the job...else you will be throwed out from the organization with immediate effect. This was the worst experience I faced from any organization in my past. This details were hidden from us and after joining only we came to know about this trap. I wont recommend this company to even my enemies.

KPIT recruits a number of students through campus recruitments and makes them undergo a program PACE at the college itself. After the program ends they again come for assesment and then go back. They assure that they will send the call letter later but after that only a few candidates (hardly 2-3% of all the students selected during campus recruitment) receive the call letter. They keep giving false promises that they will send the call letter soon but never do. If you can be within top 10 in the list of the PACE program then only you stand a chance so better don't take risk with your career by opting KPIT, even if you got selected just forget it and go for some other firms!
