Pros

Peer group, Work-life balance, very few good projects, and a great first job place Biggest pro is work life balance. You can play TT, Carrom or even PS3 all day and no one will question you. And huge bench meaning lot of us have no work and can happily enjoy the time we have to prepare for GRE or GMAT. They pay well than IT companies, so you can join from Campus, prepare for GRE and GMAT without stress and get paid very well.

Cons

Powerless leadership controlled by 3 Directors - Not sure what company vision is but they will not achieve anything with these 3 directors. No analytics project - All are excel, google sheet and reporting project that you can work in any IT company. Everyone will quit soon. Reason - People are not leaving LatentView, they are leaving these 3 jokers.

Pros

Company has become a giant tortoise - no top line growth(small town sales folks - good for a 10k $ project won't even think(I am not talking about conversion)about a MIL $ project), not much work in terms of analytics, left over web scraping or visualization(that is what you will get for a 10k project) - so if you are in delivery you will get time to chill, youthful work force, events, parties & fun to while away time till you get a small project to do official office work. Since they recruit good no of folks from different IIM's you will become resourceful by end of induction. H1 is one more option - but be ready to loose self respect for that(it doesn't matter, once you are in US you can shift) Ask for a front end sales role if you want to join, otherwise don't join.

Cons

Meanwhile middle management(delivery heads and their left hands) has also got lots of free time, so dirty politics, bad mouthing founders, micro managing a 10k project are common. Net net middle management will do circus in all possible ways to prove their worthiness to founders - sad part is you will become a joker for delivery heads and a monkey for their left hands Nothing much to add as a skill set If you are in delivery,De growth, high attrition,no competent bosses, petty politics -will make you sick(not a good environment to associate with for long term)

Worst company for freshers

Pros

Nothing is good in this company.

Cons

They recruited 120+ freshers from campus 1yr ago starting from August 2023 and still haven't onboarded them. The HR team does not pick the calls or reply to emails and always keep on giving a false hope saying that we will start onboarding within a month. Its been 1.5 years like this and at such a crucial part of one's career they are destroying it. I don't know much about the company's working or future prospects, but after hearing from some internal sources, I came to know that company is experiencing downfall with decreasing revenues and management is very toxic as well, where there is no respect for the employees. If anyone is looking to join this company, I would recommend them not to join and go somewhere else.
