Lets Nurture: Mix feelings

Pros

As in my observation I can surely say that I am able to learn how this job can assist me in my profession. I stay in comfort zone when we talk about office environment as employees are very supportive throughout these three years and I am glad to mention that the team leader is very helpful for advancing me in further level.

Cons

Though I have been working here since last three years if someone ask me about is it good to get in in this company I would say with all my experience that one should not go for this although company is famous for its learning basis but lack of management. As in management aspects timing (12 hours’ job minimum for 15 days or so in a month), Response from seniority is not very acceptable at the end of the day (Revert from management make you unhappy once you finish your day in job), There are more of arguments conduct when you are going to take a “leave”, There is salary problem first it is not in time and not complete as well. Lets Nurture is not so good on giving employee reviews to the other company if one is going for job change or so. I have a little laugh when I saw appointment letter that company can fire you any time without any reason to display so your arguments would be worthless as I was witness when two team leaders had face same problem.

Pros

Exposure to technology and mobility domain

Cons

* They take original documents like school leaving and degree certificates before joining * They have bond of 1+ year * Owner gets angry on smallest things with team * Hire and fire * All good reviews are mostly by marketing, sales and presales who get flexibility for entry and exit time whereas developers, tech leads and PMs do not have flexible hours * All appraisals require people to sign further bond of 1 year for it to become operational * Overall it's a mess, don't get deceived by the good reviews as they are by marketing, sales and presales mostly. Talk to the PM, routinely whole PHP, PM and leads get hired and fired. Its a normal process at the company * Visit and experience then talk to earlier employees and see * Long working hours without flexibility for developers

Pros

Colleagues are helpful and kind Seniors are supportive This company was growing till 2016 but now its falling Some of the events are entertaining New office gives good vibes

Cons

Faltu excuse for salary deduction 1/4 salary is minimum deducted every month High work load They will tell you to complete 6 hour task in 2 hours HR policy keeps on changing Also policies are different from person to person They will hire senior from good company for implement of his skills and than he will be fired in 1-2 year max Juniors are supposed to do work of senior and still they get paid less than a delivery boy They don’t give increment and if they do than they will ask to sign a bond for 1 year Developers are supposed to do design as well 8.45 hours is the working time but they make you work for 10-12hrs
