List of Cons are endless:
1. Very stagnant job, nothing new to learn, you will be bored in few months by doing same repetitive work again and again
2. Micro management has cross a limit in Mumbai office, they will not tolerate if you didn't complete proper 9 hours, even if it is less than just a one or two minutes. your break timings, in and out time, away time, everything will be monitored.
whereas, if you stay extra to complete project work, don't accept any appreciation from management.
3. Zero motivation given to employees, how much you have worked doesn't matter, how much you have licked your boss shoes required to grow in this company.
4. Most of the employees are old and part of Lionbridge for more than 15 years, and entire management is in their hand. They never listen, motivate to new joiners, doesn't matter how much qualified the new member is.
5. nothing new to learn, as most of the employees are old and they are not all passionate about their career, you will start feeling getting backward in your career.
6. getting leaves from management is most difficult part of this organization, I have seen a lot of employees resigning from a job because there leaves are not approved.
7. Every high attrition rate, instead of focusing on retaining good employees, they keep on putting employees on PIP without proper reason, like if they don't like you and keep on firing. and then again keep on hiring new employees and waste more than 2 to 3 months just for new employees training, what a waste of money.
8. Zero facilities for employees, not even a pick up and drop service, very unhygienic food in canteen, only 700 rupees for spot award, which you will hardly get in a year, no incentive, amount of money is deducted from your salary and given to you in October in a name of bonus.
9. lastly HR team is worst of Lionbridge, don't accept any help from them if your managers are playing around with you, even they support managers to ruin your career and terminate you. lots of deduction in salary, their Mediclaim is worst and expensive.
Few months back HR deducted an amount from all employees salary in a name of new implemented government PF rule, that too without informing employee and later that money is forcefully given to employees through food coupon, which they didn't even want to have. this really looks a scam to me in a name of selling third party food coupon to employees.
