Livspace trumps pufferfish in levels of toxicity. Possibility of 'leaders' thinking fascism is a cool Instagram hashtag.
Pros
1. Met great peers- you know how they say sharing acute stress keeps people together? Thanks to that or the shared stockholm syndrome. 2. Unsure of their leadership skills but they're definitely brilliant theatre artists- just watch how they'll brush this review off as a scorned ex employee or competitors 'trying' to defame them. Emphasis on the 'trying' bit because you don't even have to try to defame them- they're unapologetically ruthless. 3. Definitely flexible with their working hours. Have to give this to them. It can be 20 hours all 7 days in whatever format you'd like. Guaranteed. The rest of the day (4-5 hours), you're 'allowed' to sleep or even consider having a life. Oh and the privilege of the occasional Sunday offs! Never felt luckier. 5. Great PR- The most manipulative award goes to them: How they made it look like they hardly indulged in lay offs, how they actually laid off everyone but called it a 'change in business model' how paycuts were actually not paycuts but change in salary structure, how they paid A WHOLE WEEK'S COMPENSATORY PAY for employees they admitted that they laid off. 6. Devoted to fascism- never seen leaders be more dedicated to the cause. 'Doors are always open'. 'Flat structure' 'No hierarchy'. Sure. If you're good at surrendering yourself to them. Multiple layers of leaders passing fascism down as the go to culture for increased productivity. They don't shy away from using derogatory language, humiliating and abusing their employees. You are expected to show up to work even if your father had passed away just an hour ago.
Cons
Despite a review like this, the fascism will continue and employees will continue to be enslaved to them.
