      Great company until they changed leadership

      Pros

      When the founder was still CEO that company was running good, The people here are super kind and they do live out the company value of help others. People are warm and welcoming and always there for your support and growth. In sales you get to travel to places all over the world 2 times a year for QBR's. There is good mid-management in the company.They do respect a healthy balance of work/life since it is a finnish company.

      Cons

      The founder stepped down as CEO and the company got bought out by and investor. They came in with new management and started shaking the trees. They laid off quite a few key people and left the rest of us to pick up the slack.
