-Pay is bottom 25% for tech, if that
-A lot of people have left in the US this year and not been replaced (or they were laid off). Everyone, including executives, are doing 2+ jobs. It's burnout central (in the US. In the Nordics and EU it seems there is more balance.)
- Lack of innovation- product, marketing and sales are failing to keep up with the marketplace and are outdated.
-With everyone so busy no one steps back to think strategically or bring new ideas forward. At this point you're just doing tasks. Easy enough, but if you're looking to be creative, develop new skills and push boundaries this is not the place.
-Development is minimal and is compounded by lack of consistent onboarding, lack of job descriptions and no career outlines.
