Pros

Benefits Culture Free Food Nothing

Cons

Onboarding doesn't exist, Management doesn't answer questions for days, project managers do not exist in this company, and you are to attempt all customer handling on your own without the correct resources.

Pros

Great product to promote in IT. Competitive name so it will look good on resume. One of the perks is travel and being in great international places.

Cons

Managers leave or let go often - annually. Company changes its strategy every 2 years - not really steady. Technical roles based in Europe have more longevity and job security compared to roles in USA.

Pros

Ther is a flexible work schedule and managers are willing to adjust your hours based on your needs. Open communication between upper management and lower roles. There is a lot of growth potential. Employees get the opportunity to learn and offer suggestions.

Cons

Because its based in Finland sometimes getting timely responses from Finnish counterparts can be difficult.

Good enough

Pros

-Good coworkers -Good opportunities for travel -Great health benefits -Fully remote -Transparent all hands -Unlimited PTO, but this is highly dependent on your manager -Overall, easy enough place to coast

Cons

-Pay is bottom 25% for tech, if that -A lot of people have left in the US this year and not been replaced (or they were laid off). Everyone, including executives, are doing 2+ jobs. It's burnout central (in the US. In the Nordics and EU it seems there is more balance.) - Lack of innovation- product, marketing and sales are failing to keep up with the marketplace and are outdated. -With everyone so busy no one steps back to think strategically or bring new ideas forward. At this point you're just doing tasks. Easy enough, but if you're looking to be creative, develop new skills and push boundaries this is not the place. -Development is minimal and is compounded by lack of consistent onboarding, lack of job descriptions and no career outlines.
