Pros

The work culture is really good and they also have good perks in terms of salary and bonus based on your experience and designation. They don't cut corners on perquisites. Even applying for leaves feel like breeze. You don't have to rely on anyone, your leaves get auto-approved. But just remember to inform your senior once.

Cons

I don't have that much of cons. Just one corn I could think of: - The products and services they have are kind of complex, so it'll take time to grasp a few things.
