Most of the senior management is non technical. They put a lot pressure on junior level employee to complete 10 days of work in 8 hours, and want you to continuously tap keyboard keys. They will tell you to stay late without any compensation .
They know very well how to play with freshers. They first hire you on a contract of 3 months then after three months(if you are staying late) then they will extend your contract for 2 more months then after that for 1 month. After which they will take your assessment (god knows on what bases) they will ask you to leave. So know you are a 6 months experienced employee....
