Pros

There is only one good thing, that is transport. When it comes to Pune, there is worst traffic so, driving private vehicles are too hectic

Cons

I never saw worst management like this before. They're not caring about employees. They assign random tasks to developers and expect them to do it in single day. They don't ask team about deadlines, they just gives unrealistic deadlines to business and later business push them to adhere to deadlines and management seats on our neck to complete. By this we're doing 12 hours of work daily. Sacrificed many weekends. As usual about appraisals- Market down, business in crisis, no extra ordinary work, losing clients etc etc.

Pros

A big global MNC brand

Cons

1) I have joined Mercer GOSS India ASF, Guragon office but find it to be one of the worst decision. There is so much of disparity in the benefits given to Mercer India GOSS employees as compared to overall benifits given by Marsh & McLennan Companies to US and their other home countries. 2) No monetary support to new joiner in terms on WFH setup. There are so many good companies outside who are even providing lump sum amount to all employees to setup their own WFH setups but this company only provided a small screen laptop and that too with no monitors, headphones or any other peripherals. 3) No welcome goodies to new joiner. Every new joiner expects to receive things like a welcome gift, a water tumbler, ID card holder, a company sponsored bag, or jacket but nothing is provided here. 4) Below market salaries, with poor annual bonuses and yearly hikes. 5) Though company promotes Work life balance but the ground reality in Mercer GOSS India centers is to work day and night all the time even on weekends as you will be given so many items to work upon and for that the shift hours of 8 hours would look less to you.

JLT India HR is a sham

Pros

Nothing at all. This team has no pros.

Cons

Everything is HR is fake and pretentious. Unprofessional behaviour, favouritism to select female employees, abuse and harassment, fraud and corruption in hiring and rewards. Leadership is scared to intervene because of HR influencing the new management of MMC against them. One senior female is sowing seeds of dissent in the system to grow professionally. Her influence on the entire company is so negative that this department has become a laughing stock now. She is solely responsible for such a bad culture in the company. She has a finger on everything in this company and ensures that she gets whatever she wants.
