      1. Good work-life balance, though it can vary across teams. 2. Supportive and positive team culture in my experience. 3. Flexible work hours make it easier to manage personal and professional responsibilities. 4. Great perks and benefits, including stocks, tuition assistance/support programs, comprehensive health insurance, and more. 5. Excellent parental benefits with 3 months of paternity leave. 6. I’ve been here for 8 months so far and have genuinely enjoyed the experience.

      Pros

      Can't think of anything except the free snacks and good pay if you negotiated well while joining. Never ever join this company for a technical role !

      Cons

      a. Horrible top management in Bangalore. You'll feel tired, mentally exhausted, demotivated after listening to them and you will feel 'sleepy' observing them. b. Scary mid-level managers. No hands-on, suck-up to the higher management. they are there just to be there. No ambition. Keep getting pay-checks without doing anything. c. Lack of vision, short-sightedness. d. No new projects or work coming to this place. e. Lack of professionalism. Lack of good technical practices. Honesty ain't the best policy here !

      Acquire and Fire!

      Pros

      Good infrastructure and benefits. Their shares are doing well.

      Cons

      Unstable and zero job security. Marvell constantly acquires different companies, post acquisition fires business groups, which are not profitable. They took our entire team and fired the entire team along with others in our business unit, even though we met challenging project targets. None of us had any clue including our manager till the date it was announced. We were fired and then asked to look for internal jobs, how funny!
