      Pros

      If you work in the corporate setting, it is the best company. Inclusive, driven, friendly, supportive, innovative culture.

      Cons

      If you work in manufacturing, you will feel forgotten. The company spends money on the corporate building but leaves the plants with 100 year old equipment that is falling apart. They demand long hours at low wages while simultaneously saying “thank you for all you do!”
