Pros

Salary Hike: The salary hikes were commendable until 2022, providing significant motivation and financial growth for employees. Butler Service: The availability of butler service is a unique and appreciated perk that enhances the overall employee experience.

Cons

Layoffs: The company has laid off more than 40% of its workforce, making it a very risky place to work. This has created an environment of uncertainty and insecurity among employees. Lack of Vision: The company's vision seems misaligned, leading to random and abrupt decisions that negatively impact employees. Client Decisions: The company takes random decisions regarding clients, which often have adverse effects on employees. A notable instance was when a renowned client was about to do business with Media.net, leading to a hiring spree. However, the client decided to cut the deal at the last moment, causing the entire organization to take a hit and resulting in layoffs affecting 40% of the employees. Recent Salary Hikes: The recent salary hikes have not been as impressive as they were previously, diminishing employee satisfaction and motivation.

Pros

Helpful colleagues and team mates, your immediate mentor / manager will be very understanding.

Cons

No WFH, 5 day work from Office. They have started a facial recognition attendance logger to enforce WFO Cost cutting - people have been given NO Appraisals or Increments in 2024. No Work life balance, you will be called after hours to deploy urgent code changes at any time of the day or night even if you are on leave or weekly offs. You will not be compensated for time spent working during your leave. The company has laid off a huge number of good people because it has run into losses due to bad management and shady business decisions that cost it dearly.

Pros

Salary on time. Late night cabs which are always late. Subsidized meals though food options are very limited.

Cons

Well besides the obvious points mentioned in the review title, this place is a dead-end. Directors/VPs act on their whims and fancies while favouritism is a norm here. Business idea is shady as they build useless sites with irrelevant content so that they can run their gross, click-bait ads on it. Don't be fooled by the ISB hires, they are mostly the left-out ones who didn't get a decent placement and have joined to pay their hefty bank loan. Barring 2-3 people, the tech team is pretty useless and the freshers are too busy in showboating.
