      Pros

      great company culture, can't lie that there aren't some of the best perks in the wold within corporates.

      Cons

      They don't really follow global policies at Meta India and decisions are very myopic and personally driven rather than by KPIs or business impact.

      Fantastic leadership, amazing compensation & a family like team environment. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Hours can be long sometimes and intense but I understand timezone challenges and I am ok with this.
