      Office timing is decent enough.

      Cons

      Leaderships are bias & promote favouritism. Management is slow & process is chaotic. No growth for the talented or hardworking employee. Only if you are a favourite you can expect some growth here. They ask you to work after office hours, sat & sun. Appraisals & incentives are peanut. A lot of pressure. Disrespectful & toxic environment.

      This company is heavily influenced by legal counsel. For even minor issues, HR consults with lawyers, and they collaborate to intimidate and harass employees. The legal team may file for an H1B visa on your behalf but never follow through. Upon resignation, they may escalate harassment and threats. They may demand payment, withholding salary if refused. I've experienced a delay in receiving my salary for two months due to this issue. HR is unresponsive, disregarding emails regardless of the sender. Mobile Programming India Pvt Ltd and Promming.com are essentially the same entity, often changing names annually. Exercise caution when considering employment with such companies
