From bad to worst

Pros

Company grew over the past couple of years but the policies are still sick. No positives because this is not employee centric organisation.

Cons

They can fire you anytime anywhere. No matter what position you hold, no matter what you do for this company the only policy this company believes in is that the employees are slaves and that is exactly how they should be treated. Your organisation is already having a bad name in staffing world because of the kind of hiring firing policies that you follow specially after the recent trends. Whatever stories you cook up to defend we all know what the truth is. Freshers- stay away from this company they can't build your future. NLB believe in destroying careers. Talk to some old employees and you'll get to know in detail. For experienced resources: Do Not trust this company. There are much better ones around go for them. The entire planning structure here is pathetic and they do not respect their employees. With lot of seniors leaving the company the entire staffing market is well aware of your policies. Looks like success turned out to be one tough thing for NLB to digest. Grow up and face the reality. You grew because your people supported you but you guys are going in wrong direction now.

Maximum insult, minimum pay

Pros

All the managers and the hr sell you dreams but come short on everthing.

Cons

I dont know where to begin. The incentives are late by more than 7 months and when they give the sheets the calculations are all not correct. Nobody has any idea on the calculation. Managers are busy fighting with another manager. There is no unity so if you work for one manager and then try to support someone else all you get are insults and taunts from both managers. Admins act like school teachers instade of coworkers. They run a school and not a company with no focus on well being or employee benefit. One person got fired because he touched the ac control

Pros

NSEZ branch is much better than A66. If anyone want to join then join NSEZ branch.

Cons

Too many internal politics in order to get promotion and save their favourite person as well.
