Pros

1. Exciting Projects: GS Lab has some fantastic projects that keep you engaged and challenged. The work is cutting-edge, and you get to apply the latest technologies to real-world problems. The diversity of projects also provides opportunities for skill development. 2. Supportive Work Culture: The work culture here is one of the best I've experienced. The teams are collaborative, and there's a sense of camaraderie among colleagues. The open-door policy makes it easy to communicate with management, and feedback is genuinely valued. 3. Work-Life Balance: Despite the nature of the IT industry, GS Lab manages to maintain a decent work-life balance. The management is considerate of personal commitments, and flexible work arrangements are often possible.

Cons

1. Merger with **** : The recent merger with **** has brought about some uncertainties. While mergers are common in the industry, this one seems to have impacted the company's overall stability. There have been changes in management and some restructuring, 2. Concerns about Job Security: The merger has inevitably led to concerns about job security.

Pros

No pros as such. Before the acquisition it was a very good employee friendly company. Now it's just big talks and nothing about employees.

Cons

After the acquisition by kedaara and merger with another of their IT company-GAVS it is going all downhill for employees. Worst organisation. This year 2024 hike , they had to give in April onwards but now they deferred it to July that too without any arrears. It will be effective from July only. Worst management Lead, manager, director nobody's knows about anything. There is no clear cut communication about things. They just tell at the last moment and have one way communication always. Want work done to be like donkeys. No work life balance whatsoever. Make false promises to customers and then unable to fulfill it and pull resources from other projects without even giving any breathing space. Total failure at management level.
