Pros

Salary is given on 7th of every month.

Cons

It has been noticed in my last 12+ years with company, that it keeps struggling even in normal times and hence if you are in band C or D, your variable will never be given on time. Increments are always delayed because of no reason. Company has a history of not paying salaries on time and people used to get their dues in 2-3 months. During Covid times in 2020 when it was locked down everywhere and offices were closed, this company had done lay offs, cut all employee's salaries, did not pay their last years' variables etc. and actually made a lot of money. Founders and their close seniors made a lot of money. Now when all will be back to normal - they don't know how they will again survive and remain profitable. They keep hiring people from outside just to penalize their so-called loyal people who are stuck in the company because of their incompetency. There are so many people stuck in all departments HR, Finance, Delivery, Sales, CRM in this company on the same designation and role because they are no more in the good books of the management. Just to teach them lessons management keeps hiring people from outside like HCL, NIIT, TCS etc or just keep rotating people from one to other departments just to ensure that company's control remains within a few people. The Talented pool has already gone out and so called loyal people keep struggling to get out of the company but they are still there and keep cursing their management every day. People who were hired from HCL and did a world tour in 2019 or those shifted from marketing to make delivery better were no good. Because of these experts now more customers are sending legal letters and internal functions : delivery, sales, crm, product keep blaming each other. HR, Admin is only to serve founders, a few VPs or their kins rest everyone is just a utility among odd 2500-3000 employees across NCR, MDC or CDC. Policies made by company are to serve a few and they are not same for all employees.

Pros

Few people you meet here are very bright and talented but they tend to leave the company soon. Few departments are very good to work for in terms of professional and technical terms but these departments are relatively very small.

Cons

Based on personal experience so far(very specific to AP1 department): 1.Low code/No Code approach ensure that your logic building skills are dead in next six months and that you possess no skills & knowledge that makes you employable at current industry standards and Tech. 2. Lots of politics and highly Un-professional people here. 3. Everybody above Senior Software Engineer(S.S.E) designation is Manager for S.E under him/her. 4. Only few people actually work. Alot of people gets appreciated by taking credit for others work with the help of manager(if you feed his/her ego well). 5. Very old Tech stack(if you are coding that is) 6. Managers with huge ego(beneficial for those people who know how to boost their ego and get rewards without efforts) Advice: Don't get into this company. Even if you did join it, leave as soon as possible (before 1 year completion). The more time you spend here, the more time you loose by working on old tech or waste newgen products which are not suitable to be put on resume as an experienced candidate. Remember: Any person working here for more than 3 years will have limited options in future and has nearly nowhere else to go.

Pros

Literally no perk of working here. Don't be misguided by its Product-Based company slogan. Its worse to service based companies.

Cons

As a fresher you will spoil your experience of first job here. HR Reps are for the buttering of upper management, none of lower scale employees grievances would be answered to by HRs. They even criticise people writing reviews on Glassdoor tagging them as failures who couldn't survive in company. But my friend this company is not a last man standing game to survive in, any Firm has to provide comfort and a pleasant working environment to employees. Upper management tries illogical ways to hide and share profits from and with employees in order to slash appraisals and bonus components. They limit your travel and food passes for clients visit to maximum 7 days after which no reimbursement is provided for amount you spend on travel. If you are good at your job they will suck the life out of you and will make you work for hours past the working hours. Being reserved is the key to save yourself here. No special recognition or compensation for extra efforts done that will actually motivate one to work further. No say in the rules implemented as the management here is run by comfort of a limited few. The worst thing here is if you try to give genuine reasons of discomfort at the organisation then you are marked for verbal and psychological abuse. Even after putting resignation they don't stop their exploitation and warn of disfiguring the experience letter eventhough the resource might have received appreciation in the past. I remember two strong points from my experience: 1- HR told me if I communicate your grievance to upper management, they will ask me who is 'xyz person'. Is this the way to treat an employee with active grievances? I hope not. 2. HR directly told me that he can only provide ORAL consolation for my grievance and nothing else as he is also going through similar situations. Is inducing hopelessness a right way to address grievances?
