      Work from home, that's the only pro that made me stay

      Cons

      No work ethic,they just want to get money from clients. No matter the quality of the product. No career prospective. They only think about their company benefits. Worst manager who never let me grow in my career.

      Pros

      Culture of the company is welcoming and inclusive. My supervisor gives me flexibility to try new ideas and take the lead. Communication among the entire organization is excellent - we always know what is happening. Great teamwork!
