      Pros

      No debut octal is a good company in Jaipur but there are more hidden rules. New joiners never know before they signed bond. There is no normal increments you have to sign a 1year or 6 months bond again if you want increment after one year or 6months and the bond time remain same for 1 year or 6 months actually that depends on salary.

      Cons

      I don't think so ... But may be 5 day week.

      Pros

      Octal is the best company in Jaipur for Freshers. Infrastructure is good. One most important, salary is on/before time.

      Cons

      MD is worst, arrogant, egoistic and manner less. CEO and HR both are ridiculous and HR don't have manners and rude behaviour with employees. There are some of project mangers who are maintain their position based on soft-spoken with MD, that's why experienced employees never get promoted to project manager and other high positions, because of politics. There are - - No work balance - No learning ( for experienced employees) - Long working hours (10 hrs) MD don't care about employees's life, he cared only about funds (money) any how, he has only money making mind. Company work on out dated technologies and have out dated system and servers. They only focus on company growth not employee growth.

      Pros

      Almost everything was cool at that time, good staff, management, working environment. I still remember those good days and I learned a lot while enjoying the profession. Overall a very good place for startups.

      Cons

      A very low increment rate per year, where your output, talent doesn't matter. They won't give your deserved rise as they afraid that others will also demand the same. You can't resign so easily here, or you have to compromise with your salaries and documents.
