Cons
Reorganisation every year if you are the type of person who like to share the credit with your team, the credit will go to someone else. In 8 years, my work has been praised, but my work grade never changed and I never received a proper raise (max 2%). Overall, every department are working only for themselves. It's complicated to report product anomaly. Even if you give your opinion every month, it's not taken into account. Worse, some manager are marginalising employees reporting disagreement with the management. Concerning the higher level of managment, prior the new CEO, they were all buddies from Capgemini, now, it's only available to white men.
