Not a place you'd want to stay for long

Pros

Works like a startup in India

Cons

No work life balance especially at night since majority of stakeholders are in Pacific time and US counterparts don't oblige. No major company perks or benefit except for health insurance. Getting forced to come into office if you're in Bangalore. Seems like a punishment if you live here. You're expected to work 45-50 hours a week and can log only 40 hours. Slowly budgets are reducing and MBO payouts are just 50% thanks to the company not meeting it's revenue goals. ESOPs : value of the stock is at 25% from original value. So don't expect I'll get anything out of it.

Toxic environment

Pros

Pay is at par with market.

Cons

Office politics between senior manager and manager puts us in a tough spot. Anything to make the metrics look good is done irrespective if it is counterintuitive to the intent of the report. There is no office culture, have to look out for yourself. Managers look to just blame someone else and builds a toxic environment. Favouritism by managers to certain individuals. No work life balance. Stock options given have lost most of its value.

Pros

good salary package, challenging work

Cons

1. While they claim flexibility, in reality, you'll be expected to work late nights, often feeling like you don’t have a personal life. 2. Management can be poor, causing high mental stress to the point where people often decide to quit. Some managers lack basic common sense in team management and respectful communication. 3. The office space is cramped and uncomfortable. 4. Favoritism is evident within the company. 5. Employees are treated more like assets than actual people. 6. You'll end up working across various domains, regardless of the specific area you were hired for.
