Only good thing about joining PMO Department in Ocwen is salary and parking facilities in busy area of Malad.

Cons

Join this organization only if you are jobless. Else better to take avoid PMO team at all cost. There is lots of politics, job description and actual profile is totally different. Supervisors are hopeless, no clarity and skills to manage the team. In fact, they play dirty games within their own team. Hire and fire policy is adopted, people join and leave this organization in a jiffy. That's why you will find many openings for Project Manager and Specialist project Manager (BA role) on job portals all the time.

Pay is very Good as compared to the work you have to perform Friendly Atmosphere Amazing Co Workers Lot of facilities given to employees as compared to other companies

Cons

Sometimes the work you do is monotonous It's a BPO so experience may not be counted Less Growth Opportunities Not challenging in case you are looking for something which drives you towards self improvement

The work atmosphere was excellent. I worked in Vrindavan Tech Village. Had great friends who where very helpful. Very Good Trainers, Managers, Team Leaders and last but not the least very very Good HR'S.... I miss Ocwen Sooooo Much. Had to leave only due to personal issues... Dear Friends if you are planning to join any company, please try joining Ocwen, since I'm very sure that you will be very happy by joining there..

Cons

Job security is one of the best reasons to work in Ocwen. If you prove yourself you will be promoted very soon... Excellent opportunities are there in Ocwen...
