      Pros

      One of the Elite HFT’s. Helped me grow both personally and professionally. Mentorship from Tech leadership has helped immensely. If anyone puts efforts into their job at Optiver you will rewarded well. Culture is pretty strong. The only reason that I left is because of personal reasons and if it wasn’t for those circumstances I would have loved stay here for many years such is the nourishment I got from Optiver. Doesn’t matter which team you join, Optiver makes you a better person and helps you grow.

      Cons

      Nothing, I owe this company everything. I don’t care what others have to say for anyone who is not slacking off this is the best place to be.
