      Pros

      Early on in my employment, PayPal offered countless ways to learn and grow, I could travel as needed, while that slowly went away, I always had great leadership.

      Cons

      Like any big company, feedback does not go anywhere. The culture became more and more woke as time went on. Which you could mostly ignore and just do your job which was nice. I don't need my job mixed with anything political.
