A few best reasons include: 1. Awesome Leadership 2. Brilliant Mentors 3. Open to Experimentation 4. Huge Learning scopes. 5. Very high employee care. 6. Awesome Employee Benefits.

A few reasons would be. 1. Stagnancy to the work scope. 2. Delayed Appraisal System 3. Very highly performance driven, which at times might go out of hand to control in the digital ecosystem.

1. No work life balance, you'll be expected to work for hours and on weekends as well. Say goodbye to friends, family and personal life! And wait didn't I tell you? They'll say to you that you haven't worked well after that. Lol. 2. Unrealistic expectations by seniors and management- you'll be expected to be super human and have all knowledge and information about work at any given time and at all times. Well they are themselves somewhat of a super human to boot lick their clients and expecting everyone else to be the same. 3. They'll hire foolish and unprofessional freshers- they have a tie up with a digital institute which supplies them rude, dumb and illogical freshers on mass scale. Then these dumb fools will do nothing but crib in the name of salary. 4. Pay you peanuts in the name of appraisal- well atleast peanuts are salty and crunchy but not the appraisal that they give! Better you apply somewhere else before the appraisals or wait better not join here. 5. A few of the Directors/Sr. Directors are here for fun and honestly no sense of maturity to work. These are those people who have been given promotion of designation easily cos the company wouldn't give good hikes so gave free designation promotions. They need to learn some professionalism and decency, a few are not worth even the company's praise and name.
