Cash rich company since its primarily into high volume alcobev brands.

Cons

Pathetic Work environment Non Functional HR West Zone especially has the most toxic work culture. Incompetent top leadership - ZMM, State Head, RMM, Branch Managers Everybody is ego massaging the Zonal head, who is at helm. Favoritism, Politics, chauvinism & mental harassment is everyday life.

Flexible time, party every now and then, and great timing.

Cons

U r growth is depends in ur manager, so he is the master and you are his slave. HR believe in u r manager, so whatever your manager say that would be final. Environment is very political. Those who know buttering grow very fast. Not much work, they drag projects like elastic. Specially in support function e.g. IT.
