Pros

You may get fired as soon as you will be on bench so you will look for other opportunities so their is a career growth. For freshers FY22, They hired at base package in promise of giving higher package once you complete their training program and examination. But after accepting offer letter they backed away from giving higher packages. But atleast you got the Job. It was a mass recruiter for freshers of FY22. So they fired more than half of the recruited freshers within an year. But such a humble organization as it provide tag to them which have a market value. HR and Management are very cooperative they will insist you to do the resignation by yourself otherwise they will do it from backend with negative feedbacks. They will help you to share your laptop screen and force you to do the resignation Infront of them so that you will be get avoided from the negative feedbacks. They have lot of bench strength and are firing continuously on a regular basis but still they are hiring freshers so that everyone will get the tag. Also they are not onboarding them so that they can learn patience, calmness and trustworthiness. They have very fair HR policy like they a have a notice period of 90 days but when they will forcefully make you resign they will not give you even single day to serve the notice period on the other hand if you get some other offer they will force you to serve the notice period of 90 days so atleast you are fair to them.

Cons

Worst organization to start career with as there is no job security everyday you will be afraid of getting fired (forced resignation). Traumatic work culture, no one will listen you . Architects, DP's behaves arrogantly. HR policy is worst, Few leaves as compared to other organizations only 38 leaves in an year including of all PL, SL, OH and festivals (2.25 per month + 1 optional holiday + 8 festivals). They do not have projects and if are in bench they will make you feel worthless and put you in PIP so that they can fire you easily in the name of performance. Not a single policy is employee friendly every time they keep changing there policies They have offices at different locations but still you will be forced to come to that location where your manager and DP's are sitting, within the project your manager and leads will be enjoying work from home but you have to attend the office daily there is no uniformity, favoritism and unfair practises. Nothing good is left in this organization, Join at your own risk.
