      Great work-life balance but slow project progress

      Pros

      It's a great place to work in terms of work-life balance. Most of the time employees have the option to decide how and when they want to work. As long as you are working on the project and showing progress, all is well. In most of the cases, there is no micromanagement.

      Cons

      As it is a medical company, the progress or the deployment of a project may be slow as it has to go through different documentations, etc. Rightly so, as it affects patient's lives.
