      1. Lot to learn 2. Good hands-on opportunities to improve knowledge and add to resume 3. Decent employee benefits 4. No micromanagement and trust on employees who deliver

      Cons

      1. Too many org changes 2. Too few people on the ground causing burn out 3. Poor annual raises
