Favoritism and pressure for numbers overshadowed positives

Good company for customers for the employees they provide salary on time no problems with that but the people who have experience in the sectors company works in or even for the people who already have their personal portfolio of customers ready with them would give you an advantage as the company aggressively pushes in getting numbers(aggressive targets of customers)

Cons

Politics is real the ones who are favoured are favoured like anything they would get promoted they would get every perk possible the ones who are left behind would be left behind like anything. They would pressure you for numbers even with no leads at times
