1. Some days you will have ample downtime and some days there will be a need for superhuman skills so you get ready and prepared for extremities
2. You will not be bugged a lot for Log In Or Log Out
3. HR does a good job in creating an illusion of a likable workplace
4. You will get to execute and help design a lot of necessary & unnecessary plans

1. Almost 0 infrastructure ( Not at all your usual glam startup scene )
2. No Variable Pay | (Work hard for the whole year but get no reward)
3. Middle & Top-level management is unnecessarily swelling in size
4. Lack of Perks & Benefits

Cons
Upper management is very weak technically but they try to get deep into all the problem statements and solutions. They hardly understand anything but will waste a lot of your time.
Micro management.
Slow and inefficient people at top level.
