      The only advantage of working here is the company operates in hybrid mode, allowing some flexibility in work arrangements

      The company owner, comfortably seated in LA, appears to prioritize cheap labor over skilled and well-compensated workers The company has limited Career Growth Opportunities despite consistent day and night hard work Excessive work pressure imposed on the one team member by different departments Company owner prioritizes cheap labor over skilled and well-compensated workers. The work pressure here is so mcuh that it has created immense stress for me, mainly due to lack of a work-life balance. I don't know how it got good reviews, it seems most of the review are not real
