Firing randomly, when budget gets low.

CEO and CTO together they make fool of employee. Since last 4 years, they are doing layoffs. everytime they say, "this is last time and no more layoff". CEO is almost useless person. They will not increase salary by saying they will not do layoff but to sustain we can not increase salary. Later they will raise question on your performance or layoff you. Engineering Manager and Pedro both are terrible in behaviour, and HR team at the worst. They always cheat you. Engineering manager has no skills at all, and funnigly more experienced and well behaved guy was working under him. Platform team lead and Consumer team lead were the worst person with I have ever worked. In mobile team only two persons were good and deserving, one was lead QA and another was lead from agent team. Unfortunatly I did not get much time to work with them. This company is full of politics. Guys who has very good relation with CEO, CTO or Pedro, they gets good hike or promotion. But the person who only focus on work cann't get good hike or promotion. Beware of these all senseless guys.
