All the hard work and value that you add to the client and to the team is not even considered. But isn't that what is running the company? - Not these stupid spotlight sessions which are complete show-offs and an extra burden to the employee. Another major disadvantage for Data Analytics people if you are in Bengaluru is that the big Capability politician who approves the promotions is sitting in Gurgaon and promotes only those who maybe butter her everyday. And just like Whatsapp university, the Capability has its own Teams university, which is quite annoying, irritating, distracting for the people who actually do the work. This university is also run mainly by some good for nothing management people - And they keep cluttering it with some unnecessary things to burden you.

1. Getting project in Sapient is very challenging because a lot of clients prefer other vendors instead of sapient. 2. You can be fired very easily in sapient. They will fire you within 6 months, if you are not on a project. 3. Till the time you have realized that you have made mistake in joining Sapient..You can not do anything instead of preparing for their clients. 4. There is no respect for any engineer. Managers will always be very rude to them. This will be cherry on top of the existing problems you are facing. 5. Never get lured by high paying offer that sapient gives to you. Do remember, Sapient is consulting company and will not pay from their pocket if you are not on project.
