Pros

Although other reviewers seem to differ, I truly believe the company lives by many of it's core values. The CEO is completely transparent, open and accessible. The Company is on a rocket ship within a very competitive ad tech space. It has seen incredible growth on a year over year basis and, get this, is profitable. What other ad tech companies or startups can lay claim to that fact. With a company growing as rapidly as Pulsepoint and with a CEO who's got a track record for success (not to mention the new COO they just brought in) this is a company worth getting behind. Unlike many traditional industries (e.g. banking), ad tech is a space that is consistently changing which requires a company that is nimble and change as the industry changes. NOTE--this isn't for everyone. If you want a senior team that is projecting where the market is going to be in 3 years, this isn't for you. This team will test the waters in areas, try new things and set a course based on what works. Our revenue and profit numbers definitely indicate that this approach is the right one. Many new faces brought in from the senior team (new COO, GC, VP of HR) all adding to the continued maturation and growth of the organization. The people here are incredibly talented and the company does a great deal to make certain they feel recognized. Catered lunches, beer in the office :) (the typical tech co stuff)...massages, monthly offsite happy hours, sponsored athletic teams.. Just got 401K match!!!

Cons

One of the Pros is also, for some, a con. Change is rampant and can come across as poor planning or lack thereof. That's not the case. It's just a byproduct of where we are in the space. There has been some turnover, although not as incredibly high as others have indicated. Again, we're in a very small space and there's going to be 'poaching' from others in the industry (it runs both ways). Being a small company (under 80) it's noticeable when one person leaves.
