Only pay is good here.

Cons

You will not learn anything valuable because all are internal tools which are never used outside this company so if you spend 2-3 years then you'll not able switch due to lack of skills. Politics at it's peak, if you are good with your manager then you'll get promotion and good hike otherwise you'll will suffer. And one more big thing is all manager's and leads try to impress newly joined girls and flexing it with everyone (some of them got married also). The work is application support but they'll celebrate it like they have done some rocket science.
