Pros

Like every other services company it has some good projects but a major chunk of projects come from Fortune 500 companies or labels who shred off their reduntant projects to service consultancies like these and hence at the end it's all your luck.

Cons

The company boasts of 4 founders and frankly speaking the money mindedness of the the self funded high aiming company is soon going to shatter it down owing to their incompetency. Talking about processes there is no security in the systems and almost 90 percent if not all databases on Mongo DB are hacked. When the concern is raised to senior authority they turn a blind eye. For a company which aims to grow exponentially this is a concern and the sheer negligence itself tells the story. The company works in simple principle " Hire slog resign repeat ". Freshers are hired from premiere institutes if India and are made to work on redundant things for 12-15 hours a day on the name of self growth. Once they are done with the company and resign a fresh set of hirees happen to continue this vicious circle. The employee satisfaction score here is almost zero if not negative. Less pay, longer working hours, poor upper management and mismanagement are the building blocks for this firm. The founders have embedded their trust in 3-4 people who try to run the company on their terms and make sure no new hire at a upper management role succeed. Favoritism prevails like crazy and if one raises it to higher authority it's termed as anti Q culture. The company politics is far from worse owing to the above mentioned reasons. As of now there would be only 20-30 percent of the employees who have an experience of more than a year and half in the firm. Most of the senior employees have resigned and have moved on to sinilar roles in other firms owing to these reasons. Bogus positive reviews by current employees to improve rating is yet another concern. The cons list is too long however the gist is enough for someone researching on thr firm. I would strictly suggest new graduates especially from institutes like IITs NITs and BITS to not join the firm and get frustrated in the early part of their career. Rest is fate.

Pros

Free Breakfast and snacks . Provides a fancy Laptop to employees (so that they can work from home, i mean slog). Only good for interns that too if they want to learn Vlookups and pivots in Excel

Cons

Hire and fire policy No specific domain. Too much micromanagement , No proper hierarchy, you dont know to which manager you are reporting to as every senior pokes you for status

Pros

Good looking office, nothing else is good about this company. Poor and toxic culture, weak leadership, unethical to the core, cant trust anyone.

Cons

In hindsight , worst decision of my life when I decided to join Quantiphi. All promises and rosey pictures the leadership showed to lure me join them turned out to be lies, lack of ethics. Intellectual people either don’t join them, or if they do by mistake don’t stay here for long. The toxic Yes Man culture, the incompetent teams , no one cares about your growth once you join (unless you are amazing at flattery) and worst of all this is a place where you have to fight to receive your salary . No company can stoop any lower in standards. I worked my heart out for this company, but when it came to payment of my performance pay, they say company grew only 100% and didn’t achieve its aspirational targets , economy is growing slower than expected, You could have done better blah blah , we are a small company so please understand and make some sacrifice. I couldn’t believe it that I had trusted the founders, the leaders to join this company, to finally feel cheated and betrayed. The company more than doubled in size , founders and their favourites made a lot of money , But seems like it was all my fault that could not triple in size, so they cut a huge portion of my variable salary and literally made me beg for it. I was so so angry on myself for having trusted them and put so much of my honest effort and sacrificing my personal life with no work-life balance. And they just proved to me, that this is a company that doesn’t care for its employees. I know of so many other people at all levels who have faced similar issues with their salaries and have left. The leadership is so poor , weak and unethical. They will keep the variable component of the salary high, very well knowing that they are never going to pay it (there will always be a new reason for why they wont pay you) . If you have not flattered the founders or the leaders and their dear ones, you are not in their good books, so your performance doesn’t matter. People with no experience are sales leaders here, just cuz they flattered and buttered the right people. It’s a shame and I feel stupid for having put all this effort and going above the call of duty to do so much for this company. It’s not worth it guys. Don’t join this company . There are fundamental issues with the culture, leadership of this company. AI, Google , funding etc are keywords that these guys will use to sell the role and company to you, don’t fall into the trap. If you love playing politics, like to flatter your superiors , are ok with taking the risk of your salary never getting paid in full, and are happy working with incompetent colleagues and bosses, then this may be the perfect place for your , where colleagues hate each other and the leadership , there is no loyalty, no harmony, founders care about making money for themselves, everyone just cares about flattering the founders and any other seniors. Whether you are a junior hire or a senior hire, you will start hating this place in 6 months, and then in an year they wont pay a big portion of your salary and you will eventually leave with a big financial loss in your career, feeling insulted and stupid for ever joining this company. Average duration folks have survived in this company therefore precisely is 14 months. An year (until salary discussions) and then notice period. Anyways, have learned a big lesson in life, and surprised that such incompetent professionals and so called leaders are running companies. Irony !!
