flexible timing that only I can think of
Cons
Will ask to sign the bond, deposit mobile as they don't trust employees, If you dare to break contract and if you are aware they cant claim amount they will fire you and give termination letter. 9 Working hours and whatever lunch break you take it will be additional you have to work. If you take leave holiday on next day of Makar Sankrati (15th January) they will fire you (You can't even get sick on that day). Don't trust positive reviews with 3+ stars as it's mostly fake

Fresher gets jobs as no experience person wants to join

9 working hours, whatever you break you take you stay extra, Sandwich leaves, If you take leave on 15th January you are fired, Company provides Election Day leave, they will ask you to work one Saturday extra Saturday is half day This was the worst company in career if Some one joins
