      salary credited on time without delay

      Cons

      Do not join the compliance team; there is only one compliance head in the Gurgaon office. Toxicity is on par. There is no POSH committee, and HR is not employee-centric. Only if you are friendly to the manager will you be able to survive; otherwise, you will undoubtedly face harassment. Whatever happens, senior management will not listen to you. Zero work-life balance. Be careful
