Not a good company if you are looking for good salary, slow growth and company policies
Pros
1) Salary on time 2) Job Security 3) Learning opportunity for freshers only if they are in a department involving R&D, product development or innovation.
Cons
1) HR's are very unprofessional when it comes to resolving issues or doing work that is not regular to them. 2) Company internal policies such as insurance are the worst. They force company policies over employee interest in terms of insurance irrespective of whether the employee wants it or not. 3) Non-business facing department work like typical government offices where issues take months to solve that too after multiple escalations. 4) They make you work like slaves sometimes in the name of business requirements. For example, working daily for 10-11 hrs and up to 14/16 hours 5) No one cares if you end up working late due to any business requirement and expect you to be present the next day sharp in the morning. 6) No compensation or compensatory leaves if you end up working on any holiday due to business requirements. It doesn't even gets acknowledge properly. 7) This is a very big company, they pay like pennies and expect to work like a startup environment leading to burnout since the pay is low. 8) 3 Months notice period. Almost impossible to negotiate. 9) Certain Team leads/HoD or unit head don't know anything that their department technically. They just want the work done and don't care how you do it and whether it is even feasible technically. Some of them don't even know the basics or name of the technologies the teams are using to make projects.
