      Many of the senior consultants lack basic knowledge of the process and spend more time due to their incompetency

      Nothing to say as such, Can Improve some of review process actually its a best place to become a all rounder in SAP

      Pros

      Team is good and focused on work Healthy work timings are maintained Your bosses and peers respect your time and work Pay is slightly better

      Cons

      Lack of good projects No job security. You can be fired any moment. Not a cash rich company. Any downs in the business and you are out of the company in a day. Team is not friendly. Office is very boring. Favouritism towards a particular group of people (rather ethincity).
